What kind of glass do you use?
What is the difference between OEM, OEE, and aftermarket glass?
OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass meets the same quality and safety standards as OEM glass but is produced by a different manufacturer. It offers similar performance and fit but may have been manufactured by another OEM vendor.
Aftermarket glass is produced by a third-party manufacturer and may not meet the same quality and safety standards as OEM or OEE glass. It is often lower in price and may result in an improper fit.
Does replacing the original factory windshield create any problems?
Replacing a factory windshield will not cause any issues. Our well-trained technicians will ensure precise installation with original equipment manufactured parts, accurate calibration, and no water leak or air noise issues. Remember, your safety is our top concern!
Can I drive my vehicle immediately following my replacement?
A.G.E. recommends following the general safety guidelines for our premium grade urethane. After installation, refrain from driving the vehicle for at least 30 minutes to allow the adhesives to set properly. We provide essential safety instructions that should be strictly followed.
Do you warranty your work?
Absolutely! It is important to us to do quality work, and we take every possible measure to ensure it is done right the first time. Auto Glass Excellence offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturers’ defects and our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. We also provide a year of complimentary chip repairs.
